How do I redeem my coffee credits?

Simply visit any of our partner cafés, open the CoffeePass app, and select 'Redeem'. You'll be given a QR code or redemption code to show to the barista.

What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?

Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

Can I use CoffeePass at any café?

CoffeePass can only be used at our partner cafés. You can view the full list of partner cafés in the app or on our website.

How do I become a partner café?
